If you intend to travel overseas on University associated activities you must follow the requirements of the University’s Overseas Travel Policy and plan your trip and prepare yourself accordingly. As part of this it is compulsory to complete the on-line Mandatory Overseas Travel Notification.

General Travel Information
The is a useful tool when planning your trip, including the essential ‘Before You Go’ to make sure you have considered Visas, Health etc and other things with possible time constraints.
Insurance, Travel Details and Contact Information
It is critical you enter your travel details and emergency contacts on the Mandatory Overseas Travel Notification portal so that the relevant services are able to help and support you were anything to go wrong.
The University provides (obtained via the Mandatory Overseas Travel Notification portal) to staff and students travelling overseas on University business. You will be provided with an Insurance Cover sheet at the end of the notification process.
