Enterprise and Self Employment
B-Enterprising provides students of ³Ô¹ÏȺÖÚ and graduates in Wales with a range of opportunities to help develop their enterprise skills or to support them in starting a new business.
Developing your enterprise skills are important, not just for those who want to be self-employed, but also to those in employment – helping develop a ‘can-do’ confidence, a creative questioning and a willingness to take risks. These traits are increasingly recognised by employers in providing readiness for a rapidly changing economy and to enable individuals to manage workplace uncertainty and flexible working patterns and careers.
