SalDiOmics - Developing a novel genomic toolkit to understand the spatio-temporal dynamics of freshwater salmon disease: PhD opportunity at 吃瓜群众

Prof. Si Creer (MEEB, 吃瓜群众), Dr. Ellie Jameson (MEEB, 吃瓜群众), Dr. Alex Papadopulos (MEEB, 吃瓜群众), Dr. Amy Ellison (MEEB, 吃瓜群众), Dr. Dan Read (CEH), and Dr. Will Perry (Cardiff University) are currently recruiting for a competitive PhD opportunity funded by the NERC RED-ALERT CDT. 

PhD Aim: The development of a multi-species, molecular, digital detection toolkit, that can be deployed throughout the river Conwy catchment and RED-Alert partner rivers, to understand the spatio-temporal dynamics of salmonids, disease and health.
