The School of Environmental and Natural Sciences at ³ش¹دب؛ضع are delighted to offer a fully funded Welsh Graduate School for the Social Sciences (ESRC DTP) studentship in the Environmental Planning Pathway starting in October 2025, open to UK and International applicants.

Project description: Temperate rainforest is a globally rare habitat, represented in Wales by isolated remnants of the “Celtic rainforestâ€. It is species rich and stores substantial carbon. An innovative carbon financed project led by the Wildlife Trusts, in , aims to restore this habitat to benefit biodiversity and sequester carbon, while working closely with local communities.
